This class is called Play because we will be using our beginners mind that we had as children and will use art to simply play! Grab any art material you'd like - paper and pencil, crayons, watercolor - whatever you have on hand or prefer! Remember how to enjoy art again as you did as a child!

About the event
Join me Thursday evenings to hold space for ourselves and unleash the healing power of creativity together!
The purpose of this event is to reserve time for ourselves to actively engage in a healing art process. We will start off with a short grounding exercise to get us in the proper mindset to create, and set intentions for that night's practice. Each night will have a theme to help us focus. Participants are encouraged to explore and play with the instructor-led art practice for that night! No prior art experience is needed to benefit from this event!
