Tonights theme: When the Wave Hits.  Where will you be when the next wave approaches?  Will you let it pass harmlessly underneath you, or will it crash down over you head?  It all depends on where you are when the wave hits!

The purpose of this event is to reserve time for ourselves to actively engage in a healing art process.  Each night will have a different theme. We will start off with a short grounding exercise to get us in the proper mindset to create, and set intentions for that night's practice.
