Engaging in a creative process can bring us into the present moment to help relive stress and foster a healing environment. Join us Monday evenings to hold space for ourselves and unleash the healing power of creativity together! 

Tonights theme: When the Wave Hits.  Where will you be when the next wave approaches?  Will you let it pass harmlessly underneath you, or will it crash down over you head?  It all depends on where you are when the wave hits! 

The purpose of this event is to reserve time for ourselves to actively engage in a healing art process.  Each night will have a different theme. We will start off with a short grounding exercise to get us in the proper mindset to create, and set intentions for that night's practice. Participants can choose to participate with the instructor-led art practice for that night, be a casual observer, or work on their own projects in a safe and supportive environment!  Since the focus of these practices is on the creative process and not the end product, no prior art experience is needed to benefit from this class!

The suggested material list and reference photo will be provided via email upon registration.  Materials can be provided at class for an additional $5.

The event is Choose-What-To-Pay.  If you cannot afford to participate, please send me a message through the contact page so we can discuss options!  It is my mission to make this group accessible to anyone who can benefit from the theraputic effects of art-making, regardless of their ability to pay!
