Engaging in a creative process can bring us into the present moment to help relive stress and foster a healing environment.  Join us Monday evenings to hold space for ourselves and unleash the healing power of creativity together!

The purpose of this event is to reserve time for ourselves to actively engage in a healing art process.  Each night will have a different theme. 

Tonight theme is: Intuitive Painting. Intuitive painting is a spontaneous method of painting that allows for focus on the process instead of the final outcome.  Build self-confidence and trust as you nurture your creative intuition to create a unique painting!
